The Mobitec ICU403 (also sold under other brands in different regions TwinVision is one that is common in the North American market) is the successor to the Mobitec ICU402 that was on the market for nearly 10 years prior. The main change between them seems to be a quicker ARM M4 processor, a 8x increase in memory up to 16MB and the option to have WiFi as an factory fit option. The size connections and the user interface is the same with the only instantly noticeable difference is the backlit keys and the lack of brand and model marking on the top of the case.
